Good practices

Prepare for your call

One day before the call double check that your computer, zoom account, headphones, microphone, webcam and internet speed works properly.

If you experience any technical issues during the call you will lose whichever time spent solving them so I strongly advice to do a test one day before the call to prevent any last minute technical issues. I’m unable to offer rescheduling the call if this happens.

Make sure you have a quiet and peaceful environment for the call.

Consider rescheduling the call if you are having any issues (as long as it’s 6 hours prior to the call).

Bring an agenda for the call

Many users bring a list of questions. Consider writing down all the questions you haven’t managed to get answered via the VIP support channel on discord and bring them to your VIP call.

If you have ideas that you don’t want to share publicly you can bring them to the call too.

I have always something to show you. I’m constantly working on new ideas so if you don’t have anything in mind we will still have a good time chatting about the ideas I’m working on or even doing some analysis of where is the market heading to, so don’t worry!

Schedule your call ASAP

Calls slots get booked very quickly in the begging of the month. Book your call as soon as you become a member or in the first days of the month.

People tend to reschedule often so keep a copy of the confirmation email sent by google and use the reschedule link to check if a more convenient slot got available so you can take it.

If you wait until the last days of the month to book your call you might lose the chance to have your call. I will do everything I can to ensure you can still have one within the month but if there’s nothing available you will lose your month VIP call.

Check your calendar is in your local timezone

If for some reason your calendar was in the wrong timezone then you will join the meeting at the wrong time. All calendar events are sent by calendly in your local timezone. We have never had any issue yet, but be careful with your daylight saving settings, your calendar must match your local timezone!

Reschedule VIP call rules and instructions

You can reschedule your call up to 6 hours before the start time.

Example: you cannot reschedule a call that is due in 3 hours, it must be done 6 or more hours before.

You will lose the call if you don’t reschedule early enough.

When you book a call you should receive a calendar invite and an email from Calendly. Either of them will contain a link to be able to reschedule or cancel your call.

Can I reschedule my call some time during the next month?

The short answer is NO. Each month there’s only enough slots for each one of you having your calls. There’s a bit of room for rescheduling within the month but there isn’t for moving a call from one month to another.

Refund policy

There are no refunds for missing your call due to not following the house rules.

For example: if you book the call and ask to reschedule 1 hour before or during the call you will still lose your call with no right for a refund. If you insist on getting a refund I will offer you one but then I won’t be able to offer you my services after that.

Exception: if you joined in the last 5 days of the month and didn’t manage to book your call I can refund you for the month before as long as you didn’t have the call. Ping me a private message on Patreon if this is the case.

Schedule your call

Do not book your call if you DO NOT agree with the rules and policies explained in this document.

You can use this link to book your VIP call or the section below:

Please do not share this link in any of the discord server channels as it’s ONLY intended for members with access to VIP calls.
